Exhibition

Moulds Event 2006 will integrate a exhibition in addition to the official Seminars Agenda. It will be a great opportunity to showcase and to assist to demonstrations on the latest advances in technology and possible applications for advanced and innovative technologies.

In order to assure your organizational participation on Moulds Event 2006 Exhibition, please make your booth reservation by email (events@mouldsevent.com) or by fax (+351 244 545 601), and inform us which one do you prefer, according to the layout shown on this page.

Reservations will be subjected to the availability of booths at the time of the registration. In order to assure your preferred booth, your reservation shall be timely made.

For reservation purposes the following information should be provided:
        - Organization Name
        - Telephone Nr.
        - FAX Nr.
        - N.I.P.C. (for invoice purposes – Tax Number)
        - Indication of preferred Booth
        - Contact Person and e-mail

After receiving your “reservation request” our administrative services will send you a “confirmation of reception”, acknowledging you of that fact.

Notwithstanding, reservations will only be considered valid after the payment of 50%, of the booth price.

A period of 6 working days after the “confirmation of reception”, will be available for exhibitors to fulfill this payment requirements. Until that date, payment shall be made available in our bank account and without expenses to the Moulds Event organization.

 If the payment period is not satisfied, the reservation will be considered dropped out.

For payment purposes (international bank transfers), the herewith presented guidelines must be necessarily followed:

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
1.  Bank Transfers MUST be made "free of charge to the receiver" (Bank transfer expenses must be supported by
     the exhibitor);
     When performing the International Bank Transfer, your national bank must indicate the reference "OUR", in order to ensure that
     NO TRANSFER EXPENSES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE MOULDS EVENT ORGANISING COMMITTEE.

2. The following information MUST be provided within the bank transfer order (included on details):

       - Telephone Number
       - Reference: "Exhibition"
